Customer challenge
The previous contractor had already finished the basement, but there was no vapour barrier and the drain line had no clean-out.
Our solution
We removed all the drywall because the vapour barrier was missing. We also removed a section of the finished flooring to install the missing clean-out. The photos show the plumbing rough-ins before and after our work and the upgraded electrical panel. No photograph of the clean-out is available. The project was near Vodden and Kennedy in Brampton. The work took about three weeks and was completed in the February–March period.
